Due to a virus, I had to reinstall Windows XP and Outlook 2000. I thought I
saved all my personal folders in the appropriate pst format (on a removable
disk) throught the import/export tool. However, when I try to import the
file, I get a message "Properties for this information must be defined prior
to use" The Office Assistant then informs me "File access is denied. You do
not have permission to access the file D:\backup.pst" Please help! I have
years worth of emails to which I desperately need access. Incidentally, I
saved my contacts in a CVS format and they imported perfectly. Thanks.
