Trying to send distribution list. I follow instruction on help me

I tried help index, and followed instructions; the word " item" will not
appear in the "insert" menu. I can't sen a distribution

It's there. State your Outlook version and editor if you can't find it so we
can tell you where it is.

Compose your message in RTF and drag the DL to the body of the messsage.
