two archive folders - one mailbox

Hi
My outlook seems to have two archive folders for some reason and I am
wondering if that the reason why I am having problems archiving?
one of the archive folders has only sent items in so I would be happy to
delete it, however I don't seem to have such option.

also, to archive, do I need to be connected to the server? when I try to
archive an error comes up saying it needs to be connected to the server, but
i followed same procedure on other computers and it worked fine.

Thanks
Resi

Depends as to whether this is a true Archive file or simply a ghost of the
existing one.
Have you checked properties of the archive to check its path?

RIght-click your Sent Items folder, choose AutoArchive, and see if the PST
specified there is different than the PST specified on
Tools>Options>Other>AutoArchive.

That should be "right-click Sent Items, choose Properties, select the
AutoArchive tab,..."
