Two computers with the same email address

I just recently bought a laptop computer. I would like to be able to share
email and folders with my desktop. My destop and laptop are using the same
email addresses. How can we share the same box.

the simplest answer is to see whether your ISP offers IMAP accounts.
If not, then some solutions can be found here:

If this is for a POP mailbox, configure both accounts to leave copies of
messages on the server, with one account configured to delete messages after
so many days.
