Unable to receive email on OE

I can send emails, but am not able to receive any. I
keep getting a message back from admin saying that if the
email were allowed to come through, it would exceed my
quota. Help! I have deleted just about everything I can
think of. Thx!

Go to your webbased mailbox and delete the messages there.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
