Unable to see Free/Busy times outside exchange server

Hi Folks,

I have run into a weird problem one of the outlook 2003 Clients
is not able to see the free/busy times on another exchange server in the
same domain but he is able to see it sometimes but not othertimes..outlook
just hangs and does not do anything its not happening with any others only
with this laptop its running on windows 2000 sp4 with office 2003 sp1 any
ideas...as to what might be happening..
