Unexpected behaviour of Reading Pane

Specifically: Crtl+A, Shift+up/down, Shift+Page up/down

There is an intermittent problem with Outlook 2007 Beta in the focus event.
The best way to describe is for a user to click on any message in their main
window with the Reading Pane window on. Then, click Shift+Down. You'll
notice on most cases (if the computer is fast enough), the reading pane will
scroll down rather than selecting the next email down.

Programmatically, what is happening is, once an email is selected in the
main window, focus is changing to the reading pane. This is quite a program
change from previous versions of Outlook. For example, clicking on Junk Mail
Folder/Deleted Items and hitting Ctrl+A, will usually select all text in the
reading pane rather than selecting all the emails in the box to permanently
delete. One must either Alt+t,y to delete all the items or click the first
one, use the scroll bar to move to the last one, and Shift+click the last one
to select all the emails in a folder.

I'm not sure if this was purposeful; however, my vote is to have focus stay
on the main folder window rather than the reading pane.
