Unexpected Error

I recently had a failed hybernation restart and had to dump the data from the
hybernation. Since then I can only run groove for about a minute before it
has an unexpected error. On top of this if I try to exit groove before the
error happens I get this error message.

I have tried to uninstall Groove 3.1a several times but it just hangs at the
Add/Remove Programs Screen and never starts the uninstall procedure. Any help
on this would be great. I do a lot of a business through Groove and not being
able to use it is hurting my productivity.

Nevermind I rand GrooveClean.exe on a hunch and it started working again. Too
bad I never saw anything related to this in the knowledge base.

Dear Jonathan,

According to your update, please let me explain that when we encounter this
error code, it means that our Groove profile has been corrupted. so based on
this situation, we have to use Grooveclean -all to remove the data from our
machines.

And then, we have to manually reset the accont by ourselvers.
