Unknown error 0x80040803 during send/receive

This error pops up when I do a manual send/receive. I am still able to send
and receive email. I did find previous posts that were similar errors, but
they suggested fixing the .PST files. I am not using a .PST. Any ideas on
why this error is coming up and how I might fix it. This is Outlook 2002
w/SP3.

I did narrow it down to the Offline Files. Once I disabled the offline
files, the error went away. I have re-enabled the offline files and
everything seems to be working properly.
