Update download requires more time than my server allows.

I need to update by downloading from internet, but the download requires over
2 hours. My server allows only 2 hours on line at one time. I need my
email. What can I do?

If your refering to an MS update, it maybe avilable from MS on cd, otherwise
find someone on broadband to download and save the update to cd.
