Using MSP 2003 .mpp with MSP 2000

I was just upgraded to MSP 2003. Some people are still using MSP 2000. In
MSP 2003 I can’t save my .mpp as a 2000 version, only 98. Will someone with
MSP 2000 be able to open my MSP2003 version, or can I save it as a MSP 98?

I found the answer :

The project files you create using Microsoft Office Project 2003, Microsoft
Project 2002, or Microsoft Project 2000 can be opened using any of those
versions of Project. The files are automatically converted to the appropriate
format when they are opened.
