Using Outlook 2003 in ZP Professional

When importing contact information from Excel to Outlook 2003, import fails
when almost completed, then I get a Microsoft error code saying it needs to
shut down. This is getting to be a very frequent problem. Error code says I
need to update to SP3, but am worried about the known problems....Help!

Are these issues related?

I use Office 2003 with SP3 installed, and I don't have any problems. If
I'd get an error message saying that this known problem is fixed in SP3,
then I wouldn't wait, but immediately install SP3.

If you are worried about the impact of SP3, take a full system backup
before installing it. Also, it can be removed via Add/Remove Programs.

If you are unwilling to install SP3, give us the error code you are
getting, and we can discuss it knowing what it is.
