Hi,
Pool or not, Max Units only serve 2 purposes
- They are (not always but mostly) the default for the assignment units
- They are compared to resource load as defined by the assignment units, to
decide whether a resoure is overloaded, and act as a maximum during
Leveling.
Max Units = Capacity (how much/many are at my disposal)
Assignment Units = How many do I assign to/need on this particuar task
F;i. I have 20 ladder carriers at my disposal and a task "Carrying a ladder"
needs 2 people
Max Units=20
Assignment Units=2
