Validation error while signing a section in InfoPath

Hello, I am designing a form with multiple views in InfoPath 2003. each view
contains one section that I would like to sign. There's just a text box in
the section.

Everytime I click on the sign data link, I received "The form contains
validation errors. Errors are marked with either a red asterisk or a red
dashed border." However I don't see any red asterisks or dashed borders on my
form though.

I have searched on the net, but was unable to find an anser. Anyone knows
the solution to this isse?
