VBA for updating Resource's ActualWork

Hello everybody,
I'm looking for a VBA routine to change the values of "ActualWork" in Project. I would like to use it to update these values from an external file (Excel), but not being very experienced in VBA for Project I did not understand how to do it I know VBA for Excel).
