Vertical Spacing between rows in form design

any help much appreciated :)....

how can i increase the vertical spacing between rows, say by 2x in the form
design?

&

how do like apply a background color to a Page Label box?

Open the form in design view and then select the box. Right click and open
properties box and select "Line Spacing" in the format column.
