Viewing detail task hours in resource usage view

I have set up a project with many recurring tasks. I'd like to seeeach
resources usage over a given time period (typically a calendar month). When I
use the resource usage view with the entry table on screen I see each
resources overall usage as well as the timing of their individual tasks. When
I print it out to reviw with the team, I only get the summary hours and don't
see the scheduling of the inidivdual tasks. What do I need to change to eb
able to see the summary hours as well as the scheduled hours for each
resource?

Hello CJGallant,

I'm not sure I follow you question. Are you saying that when you
print the Resource usage view you are not seeing the timescaled
portion of the view (the right side)? Are the detail assignment
lines visible in the view?

What release of MS Project plus service pack information are you
using?

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hi CJ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You can't print out a combination screen as it stands. Try the copy picture
button.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Sorry CJ, a bum steer! The copy picture button doesn't work either :(
You'll need a screen copy program - I use SnagIt for my screen shots in my
tutorials.
