When I compose a new mail message and click on the To field to choose who to
send it to, Outlook now shows me duplicate entries for email (SMTP) and fax
contact details. This is frustrating as I have over 1000 contacts wading
through the duplicates is a waste of time.
How can I configure it to only show the email address portions of the records?
This is the second install of Outlook 2003. I did not experience this
problem with the first install.
