Vista: Stranded or Corrupted Drafts Document Hanging

App: Outlook 2002 Pro
OS: Vista

I have a document stranded or corrupted in the Drafts folder that when
clicked (either Drafts or the document within Drafts) seems to hang Outlook
and require killing the task in order to move one.
