Vlookup display value if greater than a number

I am trying to make an array formula with a vlookup function in column AI, to look up vehicle numbers in the current sheet 'Truck Data'!G:G and look up the year of the truck in column E from the sheet 'Truck Assignments'!A:E,if the year in E is greater than 2012, then I want to display the words "2013+" in the sheet Truck Data column AI. Does anyone know how to do a formula like this?
