WANT TO COPY A LETTER BUT MARK IT A COPY

have a letter, and need to copy for to send to different people,,,want to
mark the letters that are copied as copy, how to do this please,,,,,a
learner,,,thanks

Format | Background | Printed Watermark. Use the spin arrow to select Copy.
Make sure you deselect Semitransparent.

Marnie,

Another method a lot of people use- if you want it on the electronic
copy and not just on the printed document- is to put some WordArt in
the Header/Footer view. This way, each page of the electronic "paper"
has the mark and you can type over the "paper" as usual.

1) View > Header and Footer
2) From the Drawing toolbar, click Insert WordArt and type in desired
text
3) Format the WordArt as you want.
4) While still in the Header/Footer view, move the WordArt to where you
want it on the page.
5) Close the Header and Footer veiw.
