Way to have old optional blue screen background w/white letters?

Is there some way to set up 2007 WORD so that the old blue optional blue
background and white letters like I have used for over a decade in previous
WORD editions?

Only if you change the settings at the system level--which would make all
windows be white on blue. That setting is not provided in Word 2007.
