What is "unknown error" on a received message

I have received a message that I cannot open in Outlook. Office assistant
states "unknown error". Cannot delete message - what do I do

Try OWA, I have had this happen before but OWA will remove it. Make sure you
remove it from deleted also. Or add the mailbox in to anothers outlook as an
additional mailbox and delete it from there. Give permissions first.
