I have been asked to assist my boss in getting his email up and running
again - he keeps getting an error message - something to the effect that the
disk is full

his email is Outlook Express Version 5.02 on a Power MacIntosh

System Version 9.2.2

System memory - 158872 k

OE Memory - 5130 k

Available Memory - 91798 k

Text Encoding Converter: installed - version 1.7

Outlook Express continues to send this message to his computer, particularly
when sending and receiving emails. If the problem is low memory, what steps
do I take to get it back on track?

Is the hard drive in good condition - available space, reasonably
unfragmented?

Try using Get Info on the OE app & doubling the Preferred memory allocation.
