When i click on reply, it does'nt open the compose window

After reading mail, I clicked on reply but nothing happens, outlook does not
open the composs window. would appreciate any assistance. Thanks

Sorry its small business edition, and it does'nt open into either outlook or
words. Is there some setting that i need to do? Thanks.

We had the same problem here on a few machines and we found that it was
caused by a pop up blocker. But then that was only for Outlook web access
and other external email programs.

Thanks SchreinerU, this is an office machine and i believe it is running
Outlook web access. Forgive the ignorance.

Did'nt try this, will try and end let you know if ScheinerU's thread does'nt
solve the problem. Thanks

Disabling pop-up blocker for the webmail for this computer solved the
problem. Thanks again.
