Why cannot Onenote UK users purchase the trial version online????.

Having downloaded a copy of MS Onenote - I have tried to activate the
product. On going through the purchase procedure through the application -
got sent through to an American site (which offers the software for a
reasonable price of $99.), which only deals with American and Canadian users.
Come on Microsoft, give us English users a break!!!! You virtually give your
software away in the States, we pay through the nose for the same in this
country.

Price on Amazon.co.uk is £69.99 which at an exchange rate of $1.88 to
£1 is the same as $131.58. Ouch !

Amazon seem to be the cheapest I can find. The Academic version is
cheaper but obviously that's just for people who qualify :(

Don't forget the Rest of the World.
I'm in Australia and tried to purchase OneNote online but found it was for
US & Canada only (for reasons that escape me).
(I'm talking about availability for purchase online, not the price)

I eventually got OneNote from a retail store in Australia but I cannot see
why Microsoft don't sell it online worldwide. Macromedia and Adobe can do
it, not to mention shareware vendors.
