Why can't I print an Avery 5366 in black ink anymore

I have been printing these labels with no problem. But in the last couple of
days, they are printing in red ink or very faint orange. I put a new black
cartridge in, I printed to plain paper, I printed using other labels and
these all came out with black ink. I can get black ink on these Avery 5366
labels by sending to another printer in the office. So I tried eliminating
the possiblity that the labels were defective. Does anyone have a suggestion?
