Why can't I print? Keeps saying Microsoft 8 not working

Have a new HP computor with Micrsoft Vista. I cannot print, each time I try
I get a message the Micrsoft 8 is not working. I can print from web sights.

Also, I had my floppy discs transferred to writeable CDs but when I try to
use them, I'm told they are read only.

I have to admit I am not very computor savey but this is ridiculous

Hi DonK,

This newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project.
I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with Vista
problems.
