Why do e-mail recipients receive my signature twice?

When I send an e-mail, the recipient receives the signature twice - in the
e-mail as well as an attachment. How can I change this?

I've search this forum for the same question. I've stumbled onto solution
that worked for me. We just recreated the signature but instead of clicking
