Our database is accessed by PC's and Thin Clients. It is stored on a server
and it is set with multiuser security level settings. On some thin clients,
the buttons on the switch board do not work. However, if we recreate the
user profile for that particular user then the buttons will work but only for
a short time. When this problem occurs on a computer we can fix it by
downloading office updates. The server that the thin clients connect to
already have office 2003. I can't seem to indentfy the cause for this
delimma. Please help.
