Why does my Outlook not have an Archive application?

My emails archive after every month (something I want to stop happening) and
Help suggests moving things to my Archive folder. However, I do not seem to
have an Archive folder and none of my menus or options boxes have any
reference to Archiving at all, despite what Help suggests. Help!

Guess you're not looking good enough.

1) The File menu has an option called Archive...
2) Tools-> Options-> Other has a button called AutoArchive...
3) Right click on pretty much any folder-> Properties shows an AutoArchive
tab

To connect to your configured Archive folder choose File-> Open-> Outlook
Data File... and browse to it.
