Using Outlook XP with Windows XP Professional on a Tecra M1. Outlook freezes
when I try to open any attachments other than Word. When Outlook freezes,
other Office programs become sluggish or extremely slow. Sometimes other
applications freeze as well. Updates are current for both Windows and
Office. Properties shows 20.5 GB out of 37.2 free. Defrag completed with no
change. No hardware conflicts.
