Why is the font size small when clicking "reply" in outlook 2007

When I click on "reply", the original message is shown about 10-15 times
smaller than the original text. I "repaired" office 2007, but same results.

I'm pretty sure you use a wheelmouse ... try pressing the CTRL key and play
with the wheel on the reply ;)

I had the same problem as described above - and the fix suggested did work.
Holding the control key down and rolling the mouse button fixed it.Thanks -
it's an easy fix, but for a few moments, there, I had wondered what the heck
happened. I was going into Outlook's/Tools/Options, etc. looking for a
setting in Outlook that did it!

Thanks for the help.
I now have a problem as the signature and the main fonts are all looking the
same and I can not change the font size as it is inactive. Do I have a mouse
problem or an Outlook one?

If this is a "reply" issue, check to make sure you're responding in HTML and
not rich/plain text. Many times if you're responding to someone that has
been using a Blackberry in the original, it will default away from HTML.
