If I were standing behind you and watching what you're doing, I might be
able to tell what's going on. But since I am not, it is you who should
tell us what you are doing? E.g.
- what version of Outlook?
- what account type?
- what message type?
- what are you doing; just typing, or copy-and-paste, or what else?
