Word 2003 Bullet Issues

E

ep2002

Hi,

I hope someone can help me.

I always have problems with bullets.

I'll insert a bullet into a doc that already has text, then somewher
along the way when trying to move paragraphs up or down the bullet won'
stay. Word keeps deleting it & then the bullet icon in the toolbar i
greyed out.

Normally I can fix this with making sure all of my track changes ar
accepted, but in this file now that's not working.

When I closed the file & reopened it, the menu wasn't greyed ou
anymore, but the same thing happened again, added bullet, then in th
next parag. Word deletes the bullet, moves the parag. left justified
I'm back to square 1.

Over the years others have had the same issue with some of my docs.

Please help.

Thank you

Change the "Style for following paragraph" setting for the paragraph style that
you are using. Make sure that specified style is identical to the style being
used, or otherwise Word changes the style as you press Enter at the end of the
paragraph.
