Word 2003: Want a macro for accept + next change

Not sure which newsgroup this belongs in. Sorry for the cross-post.

I have Office 2003 on my desktop. When I compare two documents in Word,
I get the "reviewing" toolbar, which includes buttons for "next change,"
    "accept change," and "reject change".

In Word 97, when you "accept" a change it automatically goes to the next
change. But in Word 2003, I have to move the mouse back and forth
between the two buttons to accept/reject successive changes.

I tried recording a macro consisting of the two button clicks, but when
I try to run it I get a "linked CSS style sheets" pop-up. Same thing
when I tried connecting those commands to F-keys so I could at least run
them with two fingers and not have to take my eyes off the text.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to get a single "command" (keystroke
or button click) that will "accept & next change" or "reject & next change"?

I'm by no means an expert on VBA, but I'm not afraid to put some code
into the edit-macros window to get what I want.
