I have a machine running Outlook XP on Windows XP, connection via POP3
to an internet mail account. If I change the From: name in the account
properties, e.g., from "John Smith" to "Sally Smith," messages sent
during that sesion appear to be from "Sally Smith." After closing and
restarting Outlook, however, "John Smith" is back in the From: field.
Is there a way to lock this field? IS it stored in the registry, or a
data file?
