How do I change Publisher to 5 business cards down?

I want to use an Avery business card template with 5 cards down. I am using
MS Publisher to do it because I also need to use a logo and can't figure out
how to do it MS Word. I am an accountant, not a secretary. Someone out there
must know how to do this. It can't be THAT complicated.

What version Publisher?
2002-03 Page setup, business cards, change copies per sheet, input .75 side, .5 top,
zero for gaps.
2000 and below, special size, business card, when you go to print, page options,
custom options, input the above numbers.
