error code 1311 when upgrading from office 97 to 2000

I am upgrading a spare laptop which I own which already has office 97 to
office 2000. During the setup process, it stops loading the program saying
Error 1311, source file cannot be found, D:\office1.cab. I am also the person
that bought this program.

Is that a file that I can get from Microsoft????
