Installation of Office 2007 in VISTA - Error 1311

I have just bought Office 2007 from the Microsoft Store and anm running
VISTA. I have downloaded Ok but on installation I got Error 1311.
I have checked the Microsoft support and find they want £46.00 for advice.
I will be demanding my money back unless anybody has an answer to this
problem for me please.

Sorry, you have got the wrong end of the stick. I was not doing any
threatening to anyone but Microsoft.
I have tried your suggestion but am wary of uninstalling 2003 if 2007 still
does not install correctly then I am left with nothing.

FWIW I have Office 2007 and portions of Office 2003 installed on Vista with
no problems.
