“One of your objects libraries (vbean32.olb) is missing or damaged" error

“One of your objects libraries (vbean32.olb) is missing or damaged. Please
run setup to install it” error
When try to export data from Oracle to Excel.

Repeatedly problem on some computers
- Replace vbaen32.olb with a clean copy
- Re-installed office
- Also replaced latest Mdac file (Microsoft Data Access Components)

This solves it for few days
pls help.
