any help in trying to resolve the errors ?

By checking the logs I can tell that the project server databases are
correctly created. It's in this post provisioning stage where this file not
found error keeps happening.

When I attempt to provision a Project Web Access Site, I get the following
error in the MOSS07PRJ event viewer

Make sure the SSP Admin account has the required permissions in SQL

Database Creator
Security Administrator

Make sure there is sufficient disk space for the new DB's

Do not use a DB's name that already exists

It the problem still persists, try a new user account for the SSP Admin
