Hi All,

Enviroment :

i m developing a system that contains a form and a table (both in ACCESS).
at the first time database is empty, and i have design a form that takes
the input.
i have connect form with the database using RECORD SOURCE, (Note : i
dont wanna go with wizard).

Error :

When i run the form, following error is generated,

"The database has been placed in a state by user '<username>' on machine
'<machine name>' that privents it from beeing opened or Locked.
-2147467259 (80004005).

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME OUT???????????
