Pleeeeease tell me how to fix this, or fix it in the codebase!
This only happens on my tablet PC (Gateway M275XL), not on my desktop
installation of OneNote. In text-selection mode, if I scroll away from the
text cursor (to read something off screen or to reach another section to
edit), as soon as I release the mouse button or pen from the scroll bar, I'm
automatically scrolled back so that I can see the cursor and not what I was
trying to look at. Don't DO that!!! It basically means I can't scroll with
the pointer! If this is somehow a "feature", at least wait until a key is
pressed before jumping back. Occurs in both ON RTM and SP1 and both XP SP1
and SP2
