Access 2003 Chart Wizard Freezes

Whenever I try to use/launch the Microsoft Access 2003 Chart Wizard via Forms
or Reports module, it hangs. I have to end the "graph.exe" process via task
list to release the hang, and then the Chart Wizard just completely fails.

The following are the circumstances:
1. Microsoft Office 2003 got installed via Novell ZenWorks 6.5.
2. I am using Windows XP Professional SP2.
3. I am using Symantec Anti-Virus (Corporate Edition).
4. Even after re-installation of Microsoft Office 2003, the Chart Wizard
still hangs.
5. Even after patching Microsoft Office 2003 to SP2, the Chart Wizard still
hangs.
6. I have upgraded to the highest possible Jet Engine for Windows XP, still
the Chart Wizard still hangs.
7. I have tried re-registering the graph.exe file, still the Chart Wizard
fails.
8. There are NO other versions of Microsoft Office installed, just 2003.

I have tried almost everything I can think of. I can't seem to find any
solutions at the Microsoft site. How can this problem be resolved? Registry
entry error? Conflicting programs that's in memory?
