Access 2003: Error in Loading DLL for form wizard

I recently upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003. In Access I am starting a new
database. I click on "Create form with wizard". It shows me this message,
"Error in load DLL" two times. Then comes up with the dialog box but no
table fields. The table for the form I want is created, and there is data in
it. I am thinking I have a corrupt wizard dll but I don't know what the file
name is. Can you help?

Can't be sure in your case, but I had a similar issue with Access 2002 and
applying the latest service pack resolved the issue.
