Access 2007 installation failed

Hi,

I am installing Access 2007 on a Vista machine as an upgrade to Access 2003
already installed. After I enter the product key and agree to everything, it
attempts to install and then I get "MS Office Access 2007 encountered an
error during setup. Error 1327. Invalid Drive: U:\"

I click the "Show Details" icon and look at the "Files that help describe the
problem" path, but when I look for the the log file in the path it shows I
don't see it. I looked for the U drive in Windows Explorer and don't see it
either.

Other threads on this forum mention user security (I'm logged in using an
account with Administrator rights) but get a different error. I'm also
wondering about virus protection stuff I'm running.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Replying to myself here, update is I still have the problem after
deactivating my virus protection / firewall software and trying the
installation again. Not sure why it is looking for drive U or why that would
be invalid (if it's looking for it and it's not there I guess that makes it
invalid!)

Any installation tips for installing Access 2007 on a Vista machine??
