Access to Lotus Notes Database (other User)

Hi,

we use Outlook 2003 with Outlook Connector for Domino to access a Lotus
Domino Server.
In Lotus Notes we use Mail-In Databases for organizational Users.
How can I access these Databases using Microsoft Outlook 2003?
