I have an Access XP database. That is installed on Windows Terminal Server
2003 with a full version of Office 2003 and Microsoft Runtime XP.
When I launch the database I get into it fine.
When I try to use a macro that was created to use snapshot (Using the
OutputTo method and Choosing Snapshot as the output format.) I get a
Microsoft Access Error
AppName: msaccess.exe AppVer: 10.0.4302.0 ModName: mso.dll
ModVer: 10.0.6817.0 Offset: 00109d19
Running some tests I found that if I uninstall Office 2003 and install
Office XP everything runs fine. The minute that I reinstall Office 2003 I get
the same error.
When I try to register the regsvr32 “c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Office10\mso.dll†I get the following error:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office10\mso.dll was loaded,
but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found.
The file can not be registered.
I have no idea what to do now. I need to have Office 2003 running because
this is our standard.
The developers won’t be updating the database to Access 2003 for a year or
so.
I need to have these running on the same Terminal Server in harmony.
Thanks in Advance
