Actual Work being moved into the future for Project Professional 2

Hi,
I have a Fixed Work task in a project where the actual work moved from the
beginning of the year to the last part of 2009 and the early part of 2010.
Actual Work is protected through timesheets only in Project Server 2007. Do
you know why this time is being moved into the future? Do you know how I can
fix this?
